Week 17: Glitter
At first, for this week's theme, I decided to do something related to matt effect plus glitter, but i wasn't able to think about nothing special and I given up that idea...
So I took a different way and i used a neon polish and the glitters only on two nails...it's very bright and sunny! ^^
